How long does the Ironing take?

We aim to offer a 24hrs service, weekend restrictions apply.

Does Pressed For Time offer a collection and delivery service? If so, how much does it cost?

Pressed For Time offer all our clients a collection and delivery service. This service is free of charge on all orders over our minimum spend of £20.00.

Our free collection and delivery policy will always apply - in return we request that you are available at the agreed day / time for collection /return of your ironing. Where additional journeys are made due to unavailability a surcharge of £5.00 will be applied

Can I keep the box for future ironing?

The laundry box is for you to keep. Simply fill the box with your next load off ironing and simply contact us by clicking here and completing the online booking form or alternatively call us on 07738 573645 to arrange collection. We are happy to collect on a regular basis or as and when you require our service.

Are there any items that Pressed For Time will not iron?

At Pressed for Time we iron all domestic items excluding those for dry cleaning only.

Can I have my ironing returned anytime of the day?

Ironing is returned in the evenings between the hours of 5.00pm - 9.00pm during the week, weekends can be arranged by special arrangement. The delivery driver will call you once your ironing is done to arrange a convenient time on the day requested. Other times can be arranged if necessary.

Do you smoke in the same room as the clothes?

Absolutely not, we operate a strict no smoking policy throughout the entire company, this includes all ironing areas, offices and even the delivery van. Rest assured your ironing will be smoke free.

How will my items be returned?

Your ironing will be returned folded in your laundry box - trousers / shirts / certain tops and skirts will be returned on hangers under protective covers, unless otherwise requested.

What is the process for supplying hangers?

At Pressed for Time we supply the hangers which you then simply return with your next order.
