Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using Pressed for Time - we hope you are delighted with your ironing.

The laundry box is for you to keep. Simply fill the box with your next load of ironing and then simply phone to arrange collection. We are happy to collect on a regular basis or as and when it suits you.

Your ironing will be returned folded in your laundry box – trousers / shirts / certain tops & skirts will be returned on hangers under protective covers, unless otherwise requested. (Please return hangers with your next order).

Any damaged or worn (shiny) items included in your load will be returned to you un-ironed in order to avoid any misunderstanding regarding liability for damage.

In the unlikely event that a garment is damaged in any way by us, we offer up to £30.00 compensation per item.

Our free collection and delivery policy will always apply – in return we request that you are available at the agreed day / time for collection / return of your ironing. Where additional journeys are made due to unavailability, a charge of £5.00 per journey will apply.
